Facilitation

Artz, Dewhirst & Wheeler, LLP offers group facilitation services to government agencies, businesses, community organizations, and non-profit organizations. Facilitation refers to the processes in which a neutral third party coordinates and conducts multi-party meetings designed to resolve a conflict, create a collaborative policy, or simply share information and perspectives. Facilitation is helpful when there are many parties to a conflict who represent varying perspectives and yet are interconnected. Facilitation is used to resolve disputes involving many issues including government regulations, environmental disputes, community services, zoning and land use, and inter and intra-organizational disagreements.
